William F. Murphy, J.D.
Bill is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri and has 20 years experience in the commercial real estate field. He has worked in variety of capacities for several firms, including development and financing. For numerous years, he has also taught the mandatory educational classes for the Missouri Real Estate Salesperson and Broker courses.

In addition to his daily duties for Murphy Realty Capital in the investment and financing of commercial real estate transactions, Bill also serves in various administrative, management and marketing functions with Murphy Property Tax Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with a major in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame (1981). Mr. Murphy received a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University School of Law (1984).
